Redesigned the mobile and desktop Quick Shop experience to create a faster, more intuitive path to add-to-cart. The redesign removes unnecessary scrolling and reduces the number of clicks, while the additional Shop the Look modal allows users to add all items featured in the product image—enhancing usability and encouraging higher ATC rates, AOV, and conversions.

TIMELINE:
2 Months

01. PROBLEM /HYPOTHESIS
‘Quick Shop’ Pop-up Window: The previous Quick Shop design had several usability and visual inconsistencies, including misaligned typography, uneven spacing, and weak hierarchy between buttons and product information. The product image was single and static, preventing customers from viewing all details and angles. Additionally, products with multiple color or fabric options pushed the Add to Bag button out of view, reducing visibility of a key action.

‘Shop the Look’ option: To support users interested in buying the full outfit shown in the hero product image, Shop the Look pop-up option for applicable products will allow all featured styles to be added to cart at once, simplifying the path to purchase.

02. IDEATION + GOALS‘Quick Shop’ Pop-up Redesign:

  • Increase image size for PDPs
  • Add image swipe (carousel)
  • Reduce title & price font size
  • Reduce long product description to 1-2 sentences
  • Make ATB button sticky

My main objective was to ensure all key product information was visible at once, minimizing the need for scrolling—except when multiple material or color options were available for certain products. This approach led me to move forward with the third iteration of my initial wireframes, which made the most efficient use of space while displaying product details and swatch options clearly.

‘Shop the Look’:

  • Provide short product description at the top for product overview
  • Add “view full details” link that will redirect to full product page
  • Anchor ATB section at the bottom to encourage ATC rate
  • Provide all outfit SKUs at a glance, steamlining the process in purchasing the whole look.

Instead of searching through product categories to locate items featured in a styled campaign image, users should be able to complete the entire look within a single pop-up, anchored to the product they originally selected.
